Caller ID has stopped working for approx 1 week. Phone has been checked elsewhere (another property) and is functioning correctly. I have also tried a spare phone (known to work) connected to the landline and the Caller ID function is also not working with this.
I have checked the line status and it currently says there are no issues but after checking the above I can only conclude that there is an issue with the line or or main (street) box providing the line.
I have seen several other posts on this topic and would appreciate if a Virgin Support Member could look into this for resolution.
