Caller Display

[RMagee6]

Hi an engineer visited on Monday due to an issue with the line. After listening to voicemail the intermittent beeps would not stop. The engineer said that it was the first time he had encountered this issue.  He called someone and apparently they cleared the line. Now caller display won't work. I have spoken with 2 different people at Virgin Media today and both have cut me off. She said I can't have voicemail and caller ID .   I said I had them both before the engineer visit.

Can anyone help?

Thanks for coming back to me on this one via private message. I was out of the office yesterday so apologies for the delay in coming back to you. 

OK, I have refreshed things this end to try and get both voicemail and caller display working for you. Can you try things again and let me know if you are still having an issue?

When calling the number, does it just continue to ring or does it give you any pre-recorded message? If it does, what does this say?
