Mams Caller Display stopped working (again) last week and VM engineer came out and said it was an issue with the local cabinet.
They said it would be repaired within a week and they would give her a call to check it was all back up & running.
Still no Caller Display working and still no contact from VM.
I’d tell her to ring 150 but last time she was in for over 2 hours then got cut off !

i am very sorry to hear of the issues your Mum has been experiencing with her Caller ID.
I have checked things from our side and it appears the technician identified the issue and has raised this with our networking team.
I am afraid there has not been an update as of yet but we will note the account to advise that you have been in touch.
