Caller Display stopped working Tuesday 27th November 2020. My contract details show me as still having this facility. How do I check that this is still the case. I have tried to navigate my way round the website but am getting nowhere fast. We are both in our seventies and depend on this facility to be able to ignore unknown numbers. May be a coincidence but our Virgin contract comes up for renewal 30/11/20. Really need to know if it's our phones or service.
Retried using mobile but still no joy. I think i'll try resetting our phones back to factory settings and reinstall all numbers. I only need to know if it's a phone or service problem and I would guess it's looking more like a phone problem than service. Let me know if can think of anything else to try.
It's worth a go although we don't have another phone to hand. The fact we have a three phone system and all are displaying the same symptom made me first consider it was an incoming problem. I'll be in touch one way or another.
At long last I managed to source a cheap replacement phone. The lack of caller display does lie with my existing phones and not the service provided by Virgin. Thanks for your help and advice on this matter.
