Caller display not been working for a few weeks meaning my call blocker system is now not putting any calls through directly (even the starred) - any ideas - I did see one post that said Virgin need to check the local green box of theirs ?

I am sorry to hear you've had some issues with Caller ID.
I can see you have spoken to our team this afternoon regarding this and they advised it is active.
Can you confirm if this has been sorted now or if you still require suppport?

No, still not working - I was told it was active at your end so it must be something to do with the phone but I can't possibly see what it is that has caused this - one thing I did not mention in my original post is that the caller display has 're-appeared' briefly a couple of times over the last few weeks that I have had the problem.

Is it currently working Ten63Med?
If not, it may be a case that we need to get the feature removed and re-added for you and if that doesn't fix it we will be able to arrange a tech visit for this.

Caller Display still not working - removing the feature and then re-adding might be an idea.
