Ever since I installed the new VM hub 3, my Caller Display has stopped working. I do not have the phone line plugged into the hub - it comes via a separate line. I have been registered with VM for years for Caller Display. My phones are otherwise working fine. Any suggestions on how to fix? The "help" online is no help whatsoever
Thank you for getting in touch to advise you're having this issue again with Caller Display. I've got additional systems access so I've been able to refresh this feature for you on the switch. It was already showing as active, but I've removed and readded it to give it a bit of a kick. Could you let me know if this has helped?
If not, you will need an engineer to come out and take another look so I've left this booked in for you.
