Caller Display/ID not working

I rarely use my Home Phone, but now that we are all indoors, people are ringing on the home phone. I have realised that the Caller Display/ID is not working. When I try and look at my Caller List it says "You Must First Subscribe to Caller ID" 

The Phone is a Panasonic KX-TGD310E and my Virgin account states -"Virgin Media Caller Display is included in your Home Phone package as standard"

So I don't know if the problem is with my phone or the service.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

It can only be one or the other.

If you are confident it not the phone making sure if set up right. A bit harder try other phone.

It will be the service.

Thanks for the reply, I will have to wait until restrictions are lifted to borrow a hand set from someone.

I've got the same problem, have reported via message to virgin media. Had same issue about 12 months ago and it was a fault in main box at end of street.
