Call divert was added to my package this morning but I still can’t get it to operate.
Not getting an illegal code message as earlier but the new message is;
Sorry, the service requested is not available on this line.
Have called an engineer for Saturday but would cancel if anyone can help.

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details and can see this should now be resolved.

Problem was that my BT phone was not a tone dialler,
Had a very nice young lady on VM who advised me to
Get a dial tone first and then input the codes
