I just last week signed up to a new contract. I got given a phone line as it helped with the price of the bundle. She said it was no problem to redirect to a mobile, just call customer service and they'll do it on their end. No mention of any cost.
I call today and got told there's a monthly charge..? I should have been told there was any charges on the phone. The idea behind arranging a new contact was that it was a better deal, not to be then mislead into further charges. Can someone escalate this for me please and/or give me the name of someone who can arrange this for me please?
