Call forwarder not working "invalid service"

Hi,

I had Virgin Media come to take a look at my router, which has now been resolved.

Since then my home phone (Landline) call forwarder does not work, it used to work before the technician came out.

I have tried what it states on this link https://www.virginmedia.ie/customer-support/support-by-products/home-phone/call-features-and-service...

but it has not worked and stated "Invalid Service".

Phone Virgin Media and spoke to an adviser, who said they would call me back the next day and have not had a call regarding this, it has been over a month now. I need this sorting as I run a business where the phone line needs to be diverted to my mobile.

Can someone please advise?
