Call divert on no answer purple zone

After umpteen hours spent on hold and being given wrong information, I finally found out that the *70 commands don't work in my area !

Apparently there are different colour zones depending where you live, I apparently live in a purple zone, I found that out by dialing 1765 from my home phone.

It seems it's *21 commands that you need

ie *21*number# that will divert all calls.

I can't find a command to divert after so many rings if the call isn't answered at home but there doesn't seem be that option on fibre telephones.

Can anyone confirm this please.

Regards

Ritchie

Re: Call divert on no answer purple zone

It's not an option on any home phone line. Supported Call Divert is either on or off.

Here's the full phone user guide https://store.virginmedia.com/content/dam/eSales/Downloads/Phone%20User%20Guide.pdf

Re: Call divert on no answer purple zone

Thanks for the reply, although it was on virgin but not since the fibre phones came in, my brother is still on the original setup with virgin that uses 70 commands, oh well another downside to VoIP.

Thanks again
