Call divert on busy lost since we were switched to Hub5 'VOIP'

In a nutshell, call divert on busy we enjoyed for years on 'landline' lost since we were switched to Hub5 'VOIP'. Been waiting for 150 to resolve it for 43 minutes, having had them originally tell me "it was taken off, we'll switch it back on" to "it's showing as active now", yet nothing, nada zip! What's going on I wonder?
