I have checked my service type - Red. When I enter the *70 code I get a message saying the service is not available.
I have tried for days to email, text, live chat and call with customer service. I can't get through.
Someone at Virgin please help.
The one possibility that call divert is not working is it is a subscription service and is chargeable, did you ask for it to be added to the account ?
