We have recently installed a land line which we now want to divert to a mobile. We have seen the instructions but our home phone does not have a ‘call’ button.
we tried calling customer services and they said they would help us but nothing has happened. anyone help?
Hi Lambstu, this would need to be activated on the landline, I will send you a private message so that this can be looked into further for you. YOu should be able to press *70, wait for the dial tone and input the number. Chris

Thanks for coming back to me, when you are putting in *70 are you waiting for the dial tone before the number is inserted? Chris
