I'm in the Virgin Media Red service area trying to get a code to divert my land line phone to my mobile phone during my holidays......
which returns an error "the service requested is not available from this line"
Seems like the red service area is a bit misty in my case.
Any suggestions gratefully accepted. Tia

In order to use this service you need to subscribe to it. There is a monthly fee for it.
