Call diversion - setting up remotely

Last summer, our phone was changed over to VoIP.
As we don't use the land line I didn't plug in the adaptor. (It's somewhere in the padded envelope it was delivered in, but I have no idea where.)
But now I have discovered my account includes call diverting.
Can I set up a call diversion to my mobile phone by logging into my Virgin account on the 'net and setting the diversion there, rather than having to press buttons on the phone itself (which I can't do without the adaptor)?

All help gratefully received!

Hi Toronas88,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.

In order to enable the call diversion / forwarding service, you would need to have a handset connected to the Hub via the adapter. More information is available here

Are you able to locate the adapter in order to complete this?

Please do let us know and we will be happy to help if required.

Thanks,

Nat
