Hi all

Just a quick question and seeking some guidance please...

We made a call to Switzerland this afternoon which lasted approx 120 minutes. 

Due to the nature of the call, we forgot to stop and redial after 60 mins....we were notified of a family bereavement and obviously were not attentive to the time spent on the call 

Does this mean we will be charged £ 1.20 per minute for the whole duration or just for the second 60 mins?

Hope someone might be able to help me with this?

If you have inclusive calls for the first 60 minutes then you will only be charged for the excess over and above this.
