Just received our latest bill and it includes charges for phone calls that we haven’t made. We don’t use the VM phone line, don’t even have a phone plugged into the socket so how can we be charged for calls we haven’t made ?
Sorry to hear about your surprise telephone billing. Can you tell us more about the calls for example whether there is a pattern and the time they were made? It's to give us a clearer picture as to what may be happening.
bill states 9 calls under £0.50 lasting exactly 9 minutes (cost £3.15) and one call lasting exactly 3 minutes made at 04:13am to a local number (cost £0.63). Your billing dept should be able to see that we don’t use the VM line. I know it’s a small amount, but it’s a small amount for calls that we have not made.
