Not in this case. No answer phone messages. Only time I answer is when the numbrr looks real. I hang up straight away. But the call contines for up to half an hour.

Activity seems to have gone quiet on this. Last pm was that the IT are looking in to it and should have an answer by the 28th.
I would think a progress update or at least a we are still on with it message would be apt.
We have managed to put a stop to this for you and will apply a credit. Chris
