Call Divert

So after 15 years of using call divert at my old address I moved house last weekend and battled for 5 days to get call divert turned on at the exchange although I specified it for the move day.

Anyway I digress, the issue I have is that things have changed!

I now plug my phone into the router and apparently I'm in the Purple zone?!

I used to set my call divert on no reply and if busy. Now I can only divert all calls and not as I used to. Is there any way to go back my old options?

Hello

I am afraid that those function are no longer available from VM the only option now is all calls see https://store.virginmedia.com/content/dam/eSales/Downloads/Phone%20User%20Guide.pdf which explains all the functions.

As a side note all new installations are done with the connection to the hub which all suppliers are now changing too before the end of 2025, even BT who are getting rid of a lot of exchanges.
