Had the call divert service successfully on my phone for 5 years, then for some explicable reason it was turned off, not by my request. I asked for it to be reinstated, which i was told it was on the beginning of august, but whenever i try and set it up, it tells me the service requested is not available from this line. Ive called virgin many times and they confirm it should be on, but it isnt. ive been passed from one department to another and put on hold for ages. I thought id try this forum as a last attempt before quitting virgin.
after 6 weeks i managed to get to speak to someone who activated it for me. i called on a mobile so i could check it while on the line to them. very grateful to that person,, a two minute job that has taken me 6 weeks of calling and handing on for hours. virgin media really is a shower of **bleep**e.
