Call Divert

Hello.

I want to redirect (Call Divert) incoming calls on my Virgin landline/home phone to my Virgin mobile, preferably after 6 rings.

I have found out from dialling 1765 that my area is Blue

I then tried dialling the code : *21*07903mobile# (for Blue)

I get this message "Sorry, the service requested is not available from this line"  !!

Can you help?

Hi DeeMac

 

Thanks for posting and apologies for the delayed reply.

 

This sounds like you're not currently subscribed too the service. If you go to your online account and then go to the 'my upgrades and offers' section, you should be able to add this feature. It's £2.75 to add per month. Then 24 hours after it has been added, try the codes above and let me know what happens 🙂

Hello

I tried your navigation guide.

I could not find anything to do with phone upgrades.

I even used the online chat bot, with no navigation

to queries on phone upgrades
