Call Divert not working

I added call divert to my phone package on Tue 16th, waited 24 hrs, and then tried it.  I start entering *21*, as instructed, when I enter the second *, the line drops back to a dialling tone. I have contacted Customer Service, who’s response was “It’s been activated on your account, therefore it’s working”, not very helpful.

Afraid so, I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone on Friday (mainly listening to distorted music) being passed between three departments and nothing was resolved.

No. The guide says enter *21*divertnumber#, when I get as far as entering *21*, the line immediately drops back to a dialling tone. If I enter *#21# to check divert status, I just get a dialling tone.

Call divert now working. I had a call from tech support, today, saying it had not been set up correctly. This has now been fixed.
