Hi I had Call Divert added a few weeks ago to make sure my elderly mother could always get hold of me. Calls were diverted to my mobile. I was informed of the standard charge but at no point was I told of any charges for the calls made to me. My mobile bill has had about £30 added to it. The person I spoke to was very faint and I could not hear her very well which I did say a few times but no difference. It took about an hour to set up what I thought would be very simple.
