Three questions re home phone

Q1: Please can you confirm that all incoming calls (minutes) are free at whatever time or from whichever source. Q2: Are customers eligible to add Talk 100 to an existing Talk Weekends package and if yes how do they do so? Understand one can then pay £2 a month for 100 free mins per month on most inland calls.
Q3: please could you confirm that 0800 and 0808 numbers are free for outbound calls on the Talk Weekends package at any time/day all week?

incoming calls in the UK are always free.
0800 and 0808 are free phone numbers they are always free on any package

You can add Talk 100 for £3 per month, you can add this as long as you have a landline.

We're not able to help with package changes here but you can call us on 150/ 0345 454 1111 or text us on +44753 305 1809 to add this.
