CALLER ID VULNERABLE PENSIONER

You recently fixed the zero landline issue at my aunts who is 88 and lives alone. What you have also done inadvertently I’m sure is switch off her caller ID that she relies on to enable answer the phone due to the large number of scam calls she’s received. Can you please contact me so we can get this sorted ASAP she’s in total panic mode right now
