Can anybody help! This issue is crippling my business as my landline is my business line and the call divert has not been working for almost 3 weeks!
I've spoken to Virgin about 8 times and on every occasion got nowhere. They tell me they are having problems connecting to EE mobile numbers.
Initially I was told it was a issue that EE were having and that it was not a fault with Virgin but after speaking to my mobile provider they insisted the fault laid with Virgin. Now Virgin are saying they have the problem and are trying to sort it.
I obviously can't continue like this as I'm missing 30 plus calls a day!
Is anybody else experiencing this issue and does anybody know any solutions?
Hi Katie, yes I do have a tone phone but after putting in *70 nothing happens. I then add my mobile number and I have to press the call button to get the dial tone and after a couple of seconds it starts to make the noise that it's calling that number. After that two beeps followed by nothing.
I've had this feature for years with no problems and I've sometimes diverted it to a different number when I go on holiday with no issues.
