Like many others on this forum, I've got stuck in a virgin website loop trying to report a faulty landline with no dialling tone.
I can't phone the helpline to report it, meanwhile the online call bot doesn't seem to deal with landlines.
I've tested the plug socket, replaced the phone with another type, and tested the service in my area (fine apparently). I still have no dialling tone.
Please can someone recommend a simple place to report the fault without having to sit for half an hour in an expensive call queue. Thanks.
