The green broadband cable is badly exposed along my drive and is being driven over constantly. After being on hold for over 30 mins I had a difficult conversation with someone on the Virgin Help Desk from India who first suggested he would need to refer me to another department and then after putting me on hold for another 15 mins he advised that he had arranged an engineer to attend. This was over 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from Virgin since. How do you get through to these faceless people?
