Hi there…having failed to establish how to book an engineer visit I have registered with the community. How therefore, do I book in an engineer’s visit to resolve the issue of a phone adaptor being added to my router, given that the existing wall socket is in a different room from where the router is situated?
Thank you.

Hi GoMac,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you have been unable to book a Technician for an adaptor for our Telephone Switchover, you would receive a letter and and an adaptor once a date for the change has been set up, if you need a technician at that point this is something we can arrange.
Regards
Paul.

Good morning….on checking my landline today I noted that it was no longer functioning leaving me to conclude that the telephone switchover has been implemented in my area.
Could I therefore request an engineer visit given that the landline and the router are in separate rooms ie the router is in the front room whereas the phone is in the hallway?
Thanking you for your help in this matter,
Gordon Mc.

Hi there…..I’ve managed to fix the issue which initially I thought required an engineer visit.
However, despite my best efforts and despite following the directions on your web site I have been unable to cancel the visit scheduled for Wednesday to my address a [REMOVED] TQ12 4DU.
When I access my account there is no record of the forthcoming appointment so is it possible for you to do the honours and cancel the visit?
Many thanks for your help.
