Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first couple of posts to our Forums. Sorry that you're having some issues with your landline currently - I have located your account from your forum information in order to go through some checks.
We have no known area issues listed for the landline and no errors or faults are showing at this end. How're things looking since your post? Have you been able to to test an alternative handset in the socket for us at alll?
If you're still having issues after checking the handset, please do pop back and let us know. If you can also let us know what happens when someone calls you at their end, that would be great.
