Book an engineer

I have have spent all morning trying to book an engineer to fix our phone line which has been down for months.

I have been placed on hold redirected cut off several times

I very disappointed in the service Virgin are providing

Good afternoon

Thank you for replying

I have run numerous diagnostic checks and not resolved

I have purchased a new phone and still no dial tone

I have called numerous times and been unable to book an engineer if you can help please
