My wife has a temporary phone in hospital. It has a premium rate number (0872...) which my VM landline doesn't recognise. How do I change the settings so I can contact her?

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and I'm sorry to hear your wife is currently in hospital, we all here at Virgin Media wish her a speedy recovery.
In the meantime, we can make changes on your account to allow you to be able to make premium phone calls.
Alternatively, have you considered getting/using a mobile phone for her? This may be a more cost effective option for you both
