We have a package for broadband, TV and home phone. We use the home phone to keep in touch with elderly relatives, and opted for free calls evenings and weekends. The base package is supposed to be £55.00 according to our account, but we're being charged £65.00 for each of the last 2 months, and evening calls are also being charged if made between 6 and 7. Needless to say i can't get hold of anyone to find out why. Any ideas?
