I've been having an issue with my account - I am being billed for calls when I have no phone connected to my phone line. These calls are all exactly 1 min long to various local numbers at all times of day.
I contacted support and they sent a technician who confimed that I was not even receiving a dial tone in my house and the phone line was disconnected.
I am now trying to get the incorrect charges removed from my account with no luck. I contacted the billing department on the phone who were unable to help. They put me through to the technical department but I was hung up on after trying to explain my issue.
I am now very frustrated and will be leaving virgin media immediately to avoid further charges if I cant sort this. Who should I be contacting to help me?
