Bill credit and number port

I have been in communication with Virgin Media on this forum about the porting of my telephone number. As it has taken so far 3 months and numerous errors, Virgin Media representative Chris_W1 agreed that my account would be credited for the cost of keeping my other line active while I wait for the number port.

I can see that credit was applied to my latest bill, but my Direct Debit does not include the credited amount.

Is the credit applied to my next bill in this instance?
