Hi. I've just checked my bill only to find that I've been charged for calls that I have not made. HAving looked at my billing history I can see that I've been charged for calls that have not been made every single month since last April. For clarity, we do not even have a telephone plugged into the landline as we do not use it and never have. We never wanted the landline at all but were told it was not possible to have the broadband service without it. Now I find we've been billed for months on end for calls that have not ever been made. Impossible to get through to anyone on the phone to discuss and support pages on the website not working with 404 errors on just about every link that leads to a help page. Please can someone help?
