BT Landline charge

I  have a contract with Virgin Media to supply me with TV, Broadband and Phone through their cable network.

Why do Virgin Media charge me for a BT landline when their services come through their cable network

Re: BT Landline charge

Virgin do not & cannot charge you for a BT landline. The networks are totally separate including the exchanges. If you want to transfer your BT number to your Virgin line ask Virgin to do this & it will automatically close your BT line account. If you don’t want to transfer the number then contact BT (or whoever your BT line supplier was) & cancel it.

Virgin BB TV Landline. Freeview/Freesat HD, Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile. Cable customer since 1993
