I`m constantly receiving an automated call to say my landline is going to be down for maintenance. Up to this point, I haven't listened to the full call as I assume its a scam. Surely Virgin would email me if this was the case. Am I late to the party? Or is this a new issue?
Thanks for the reply. Not got a number, (its predominantly been answered by my wife or daughter). The call also comes approximately 2-3 times in 30 minute blocks on an early evening. I'll be sure to answer and gather as much info as possible. When all said and done.....they're effectively impersonating a valid company.
