Can somebody please help me we have had no home phone for over 3 weeks, no dialing tone at all, even brought new phones, finally got to speak to someone yesterday who said we had been disconnected and put me over to someone else's who could not help us, I have Cancer and need the phone 24/7 for hospital/doctor calls. The phone rings but you can't answer it and you can't call out,
