Phone line is dead....again.

It could be the weather but tests shows no known faults and give a green tick.

Is anyone else in area 21 having problems with the line not working?

Thanks for posting and sorry that you're having problems with your phone line being down again.

I've had a look at your services and there is currently an area outage that is affecting you. Our team are investigating and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

The fault reference number is F007799582 and the estimated fix time is currently 23:50 this evening.

Whist you can't track the reference number yourself, if you do speak to any of our team they will be able to provide you with an update.

The estimated fix time of 23:50 Sunday evening has now passed and as of 9.30am Monday morning 17/02/20 this problem still hasn't been fixed.

Is there any further update when this will be fixed and the phone line working again?

Sorry that your phone line still isn't working cruger. 

I've had a look at the area fault is now showing as fixed

Can you confirm there is still no dial tone? If not, please pop me a private message and I'll be happy to help you get this fixed.
