This month's bill includes a £1.20 charge for a single 65 min call to a standard landline made at 21.25.   I thought standard calls (not to mobiles/03 / 0845 numbers) were all included?

If your call lasts more than 60 min's, then you are charged for the excess minutes over the first 60 mins @ 24 ppm.

As goslow has correctly advised, any inclusive calls lasting over 60 minutes will be chargeable. We have some more information about our call charges here - just scroll to the bottom of the page to view.
