Anytime Chatter

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for this to go active? I had my tv and fttp upgrade done and active on the 20th Nov, but 10 days later still no TV or anytime chatter listed on my account page. It shouldn't take all this time, I don't want to use the phone and run up unnecessary call charges.
