Presently research for a new BB/phone provider anyone got experience of taking my number with me?

One provider as told me I must have a new number as VM will not release our existing number.

Thanks.

No problem, so just for clarification if the landline is still active with us and a provider sets up a number port request our team would transfer.

Hope this helps,

Kain

Hi dnpark38,

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

Sorry just to clarify, is this relating to your landline number or a mobile number?

Thanks for the response there,

Our team should be able to port your number upon request from your new provider.

Has the number always been with ourselves?

My landline number was allocated to me on my first phone line from the GPO, many many years ago.

Been transferred several times and now on my present VM account.
