I'm desperately trying to get the 1571 answering service switched off; I have spent hours over the past weeks trying to get an answer searching online and waiting so long on the customer service line that my handset ran out of juice! I am staggered that VM make it so difficult for customers to get basic help.
At any rate I would appreciate someone from VM contacting me to resolve this, as my only other option would be to switch providers.
