Well it's now 9.10 and the ll still ls not working area 20 switchover to router! Help

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline at the moment. Have you been advised by an agent that this would happen at 9am on 15/11/23? 

The changeover can happen at any time during the changeover day, please let us know if you're still having issues later this evening and we will be able to get this looked into further.
