Hi all I’m after some advice I have fibre broadband on its on but I need a phone line now but they are wanting me to pay £65 I can’t afford that right now but I need phone line for my mum is there a way i can change my package and start contract again hope you understand what I’m saying thanks

Is this for activation and an engineer visit to install the phone line?
We're not able to do package changes via the forums. You'll need to either call us on 150 / 0345 454 1111 or message the team via Whatsapp on 07305327112

I did do WhatsApp and that price was to add it I know there nothing wrong with phone line but even for activation shouldn’t cost £65

If an engineer visit is needed, it'll be the other £30 but if you're not sure you can always ask the team to break it down for you.
