Is there a way to do this? New customer wanting to pay Virgin more money for a service I was told I could add once set up (via the chat function), but proving impossible to do. Online, phone or via complaint. Without being able to, I no longer want the phone or broadband - it's as simple as that. Anyone had success in getting this package added? Please inform us how you were successful in doing so. Private messages don't inform the community. Had a previous enquiry been answered with the correct 'How To', or Virgin making it easy, no need for a further discussion topic.
