Adding Phone to my Package

Hello,

I tried to add a phone to my package online, but I've got an error message saying it is not possible to do it online, then I spend about an hour to find one single phone number to call Virgin or chat online but could not find a single one, very disappointed. 

 

Does anyone know what should I do?
