Activate 21 CV

Hi, 

Please could someone contact me with regards to activating 21 CV on my account?

I have made 3 calls with and made little or no progress, the third call after being passed through to someone told me that the facility wasn't available in my area. My parents have it and live very close by so don't believe that to be the case.

I also spoke to an engineer who visited a neighbour about it and he said I have the necessary adaptors and it will work in our area (and that all I need is to call in and get in activated on my router).

Any help appreciated.

Virgin do not offer non fault upgrades  to 21cv

Please can you actually confirm that its not available? Thats my point I spoke to an engineer and he says that it was ?!?!?!?!

 

My parents live less than 200 yards from where I live and they have it.
